Design Process

You will meet with one of our award-winning designers to custom design your piece. We will work with you to bring your vision to life. The hand-drawn rendering will then be generated into a 3D image which allows you to approve the design based on multi-angle views.

Step 2

Wax Modelling

Upon approval of your design, a 3D printer is used to product the resin/wax model. The model is then cast in the metal of your choice. At Hennick & Co, we do not cast with used metal (reused gold risks discolouration, porosity, and cracking). All jewellery is hand assembled, hand set and finished in our 10,000 square foot facility.

Step 3

Finishing

We use precise quality control measures to ensure there are no imperfections before setting the stones. Finally, we clean, polish and rhodium plate the jewellery before it is ready for pick up.
