Since 1984, Hennick & Company Jewellery has been offering prompt, dependable jewellery replacement services.

Our professional jewellery replacement specialists are certified gemmologists goldsmiths and have over 60 years of combined jewellery experience. Their exceptional customer service for both adjusters and insures include services such as: custom and re-design, replacement and quotations. Specialized services also include educational jewellery/gemmology seminars and factory tours for adjusters, as well as special “in home” service for insures at their home or place of business.

How does the replacement process work?

What happens first

The adjuster will forward your contact information to Hennick and Company.
One of our Insurance replacement experts will contact you to set up an appointment at your convenience.

What to bring

Bring a complete list of your missing jewellery. If possible, bring photos, receipts or old appraisals. It doesn’t matter how small the jewellery is in your photos, with high magnification our team will be able to determine the design.

For on-site quotations

You are welcome to browse through our showroom upon arrival. Open showcases allow you to touch various jewellery items used as props to help identify your missing jewellery.

One on One

You will sit with one or our experts and go through each jewellery item on your list. For fast and efficient service, we establish a file for you in our database and generate a replacement quote as we discuss each item. The replacement quote will be emailed directly to your adjuster the same day following our meeting.

Our service includes

After the replacement values are determined, you may take advantage of our full in-house services to custom make or redesign that special piece of jewellery. With over 10,000 models to choose from, finding the perfect replacement for a lost or stolen item is fast and efficient.

One stop shopping

Hennick and Company has world class designers to assist in recreating that special family heirloom. We also carry an extensive independently certified loose diamond inventory and loose coloured gemstones both common and rare to match all credentials on your appraisal, maintaining the same if not better quality as you had prior to the loss.

The process

When creating that special jewellery item, we start with the designer drafting your new creation, which is then emailed to you for your approval. Subsequent to your approval, a wax carving is created with every detail of the item to scale. After your approval of the wax model the item is casted in our factory.
